Donations
What is a donation ratio? A donation ratio is the relation between Donated troops and Requested Troops; showing the number of times one value contains or is contained within the other. Keep a 1:1 ratio it is crucial if you are after that Elder status. After you obtain the elder status you must keep that ratio or risk demotion. Not only does having a good donation make you look good it tells your care for the clan and its efficiency.
War Efficiency
To earn elder is not all about your donations you know. We also need to know we can count on you to set an example to others that elder is earned through skill. We require a person to do 5+ war starts for 2 War Clans in a row before thinkign of Elder promotion.
Activeness
The key to be a success player is to be active. We are looking for active player to rely on. A player who is active, a great donor, and efficient in war is just pure gold for us and we will gladly promote him to the top. Activeness is everything to be a strong player.
Promotions
Every member of our clan seeks the opportunity to ascend in our ranks. We provide this opportunity to every member of our. Age requirement is not needed for Elder status but on the other hand it is required for Co-Leader. We take the role of a Co-Leader very seriously. He earned his status through time and dedication to the clan. It is not something that it is earned in a few days. We determine a Co-Leader by his maturity, activeness, and social skills towards the clan members. Elder staus is earned through good efficient war raids, good donations, and activeness.
