As a member we do not enforce a ratio but not having a positive ratio makes you look undersirable. One rule that applies to everyone is the Requested Troop. If a player requests specific troops you must respect that request and only give him those specific requested troops. If you don't have what he wants you may ask and confirm before donating. If people request troops you don't make it doesn't hurt you to make some just for them, be a team player.

If you want to be respect you need to show some respect aswell. You want to treat people the way you wish to be treated. Your personality describes a lot about yourself. Always want to make a good impression to members, even if it's a game. The clan doesn't put up with a douche bag or extremely rude person. We like to keep our clan enviroment clean. If an Elder or Co-Leader seems to be rude just call him out, this rule applies to everyone. No one is excluded.
